Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NENKAN LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“NENKAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the SAT Practice website and application (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address, and we generate a display name and username for your profile. If you sign in with a password instead of an emailed code, we store a securely hashed version of it, never the password itself.
Practice activity. We record the questions you view and answer, whether your answers were correct, points earned, streaks, and related progress statistics, so we can show your history and progress when you return.
Technical information. We automatically collect limited technical data needed to operate sign-in sessions securely, such as IP address, browser/device information, and session timestamps.
Cookies. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Content you or an administrator submit. Administrators may upload question images and related text. We do not intentionally collect personal information through this content beyond what is described above.
2. How We Use Information
- to create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in;
- to operate core features, including tracking answers, scoring, streaks, and leaderboards;
- to send transactional email, such as sign-in codes;
- to maintain and improve the Service, including diagnosing bugs and understanding usage; and
- to enforce our Terms of Service and protect the security of the Service.
We do not currently use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy beforehand to describe what data is involved and how it is used.
3. How Information Is Shared
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, database, object storage for question images, and outbound email delivery, solely to operate the Service on our behalf and under obligations to protect your information;
- Other users, in a limited way: your username, display name, avatar, score, and streak may appear on the leaderboard, and your practice activity may be visible on your profile if you enable the “show activity publicly” setting; and
- Legal or safety reasons, if required by law or in a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, safety, or property of NENKAN LLC, our users, or others.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and practice-activity information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we must retain limited information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, because the Service is an experimental, beta application, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See the Disclaimer of Warranties and Assumption of Risk sections of our Terms of Service.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at nenkan@protonmail.com and we will delete it.
Because SAT preparation is commonly undertaken by students under 18, users between 13 and 17 should only use the Service with a parent or guardian’s involvement, consistent with the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can review and update your name and privacy settings, including whether your activity is shown publicly, from your account settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop processing it, by contacting nenkan@protonmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor equivalent requests from all users regardless of location on a good-faith basis.
8. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where practical, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact Us
